TNT rental prefers to deliver most orders so we strive to keep the delivery charge as affordable as possible and still maintain a healthy business. So the delivery charges are described here to help our customers know what to expect when placing the order. Canopy tents will require a clear soft surface (grass, dirt) space 6' wider in each direction.

Ex. 20x30 will need a 32'x42' clear area with no trees in the space, or low (less than 12' high) branches hanging over the space.

If you are unsure please call / email for a Tent measurement appointment. We will come out for a nominal $40 charge to measure the space. For the $40 fee we will give you a short letter and email explaining what can fit on the property so you can have that info for future use. If you order the tent we will deduct half of the $40 from the delivery charges on your order.

 

For our local customers that are located in our primary office/warehouse zip codes and any that touch our zip code we are going to flat rate pricing by zip code.  Once you are beyond the zip codes we do flat rate for we go to a base rate plus mileage.  For Philadelphia in the city we also implemented zip code pricing based on tiers as the distance increases from any of the four "city" bridges over the Delaware and from major highways.  Please email or call us to get the delivery charges for anything in PA.

Outside those codes we have distance based pricing, charge for delivery and pickup as a separate line item:

Base $20, plus $1.50 per mile.
